Inbound Logistics
All Inbound shipments must be delivered to Perry Moving & Storage between March 23rd and April 9th. Any shipments received before or after this window will be refused. Almo is not responsible for any missing or damaged packages shipped directly to the hotel. This is NOT an E4, there is no exhibit hall at this event and no space for setting up demos with large products or several small products. You should only be shipping product or other materials if you are using them during your scheduled training times. Please keep in mind that you will have roughly 5 minutes between each training session to restart any demos.
Outbound Logistics
All exhibitor materials must be packed and ready for shipment no later than 12:00pm on Thursday, April 16th. You must have pre-printed UPS labels (not FedEx, or other carriers) on site ready to place on your boxes. Please take your boxes to the registration counter and we will take them to UPS for you. NOTHING GOES BACK TO THE ADVANCE WAREHOUSE.
Silver Reception Logistics
All shipments for the reception must be able to fit in a small box, swag and literature only.
This reception will take place on the Skyview Terrace on the 5th floor. Prior to coming to the 5th floor, you should come to the Registration Desk on the 4th floor throughout the day on Monday to pick up your badge.
Reception is at 5 – 6:30pm. Arrive 15 – 30 min prior. A high-top table will be provided along with a logo sign.
Business Strategy Rotations & Stage Presentation Logistics
All shipments for the presentation must be able to fit in a small box no larger than 24″x24″x24″ box, and no weighing more than 20lbs.

Platinum Vendor Logistics
All shipments must be able to fit on to ONE standard 40″ x 48″ pallet, no taller than 80″. This must be able to fit into a standard doorway. Please contact events if you have any questions.
Set up time is on Tuesday 10:00am – 3:00pm.
